Limited Life Time Warranty on
LifeGuard Satin-Bonded Fabric
Sonco Worldwide will repair or replace the LifeGuard chain link fabric on which red rust penetrated the coating, provided the product is properly handled and installed, and that Sonco Worldwide is notified of the defect in writing within ten (10) days of discovery.
This warranty shall apply to the original purchaser only and shall be good for the lifetime of the fabric. It is also implicitly understood that this warranty shall not apply to chain link fabric which has been subject to misuse, abuse, vandalism or damage. Sonco Worldwide makes no other express warranties, whether the merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose or use. Sonco worldwide shall not be responsible for consequential damages and the sole responsibility or liability of Sonco Worldwide shall be in the repair or replacement of the chain link fabric.
Under this warranty, Sonco Worldwide’s obligation is limited to replacement of the defective material.
This warranty is null and void if the attached form is not filled out in its entirety, properly signed, and returned to Sonco Worldwide within 20 days after the fabric has been delivered to its destination or installed at the destination intended.
